Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within two business days of being placed, unless otherwise noted in the item description or on the homepage of the Soul Wave Beach Co website. Business days are currently Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed after hours will be considered as placed on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 8 PM on a Thursday will ship out by Tuesday at the latest.

We currently offer:

• USPS Ground Shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days but can take up to 8 days, and may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• USPS Priority Shipping, which typically takes 1-3 business days, but can take longer if delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders over $50, which also uses USPS Ground Shipping (please see above for shipping info).

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, and it may take up to 48 hours to update.
